How do I request beta access?

Email [email protected] with your Apple ID (the email address associated with your App Store account) and the devices you plan to use. We’ll add you to TestFlight.

My data isn’t syncing between devices — what should I check?

DeftTask syncs through your personal iCloud account using CloudKit. Make sure you’re signed in to iCloud on all devices with the same Apple ID, that iCloud Drive is enabled, and that DeftTask has iCloud access in Settings → Apple Account → iCloud. Sync is background-driven — allow a minute or two after a change for it to propagate.

Where is my data stored?

All your tasks, notes, and calendar data are stored locally in an SQLite database on your device. When you enable CloudKit sync, a copy is replicated to your personal iCloud private database — data accessible only by you, not by Helixir Labs. We operate no servers that store your content.

How do I report a bug?

Email [email protected] with steps to reproduce, your device model, and OS version. Attach a screenshot or screen recording if possible. If you have a crash log from Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics → Analytics Data, that helps even more.
