End User License Agreement (EULA)
DeftTask is distributed through the Apple App Store. Unless Helixir Labs provides a separate custom EULA, your use of DeftTask is governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at:
By installing or using DeftTask from the App Store, you agree to the Apple Standard EULA. If a custom EULA is later adopted by Helixir Labs, it will supersede the Apple Standard EULA and will be presented in the App Store listing.
Acceptable use
DeftTask is provided as a personal productivity tool. You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
- Use the app to store or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates any applicable regulation.
- Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls in the app or in Apple's CloudKit infrastructure.
Beta software disclaimer
DeftTask is currently distributed as beta software through Apple TestFlight. Beta software may contain bugs, missing features, or unexpected behavior. Data loss or app instability may occur.
We recommend maintaining backups of important data independent of DeftTask during the beta period. By using beta builds, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DeftTask is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Helixir Labs does not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Helixir Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of DeftTask, including loss of data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Changes to these terms
Helixir Labs reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in an updated effective date. Continued use of DeftTask after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where superseded by the Apple Standard EULA or applicable local law.
